1 About MovePrep AI

MovePrep AI is a trading name of CentralNest Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales. Our registered address and company details are available upon request at moveprepai@moveprepai.co.uk.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MovePrep AI platform available at moveprepai.co.uk and app.moveprepai.co.uk (the "Platform"). By purchasing or using our service you agree to be bound by these terms.

2 The Service

MovePrep AI provides an AI-powered home move volume audit service (the "Service"). The Service involves:

• The customer recording a video walkthrough of their property following our filming guide.
• Uploading that video to our secure platform for AI analysis.
• AI processing of the footage to produce estimated volume (m³ and ft³), weight, and a room-by-room inventory.
• Delivery of a Move-Pack PDF report to the customer's email address following their inventory review and approval.

The Service is provided as a digital product and is delivered electronically. No physical goods are supplied.

3 Payment & Checkout

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Current pricing tiers:

• Starter Move-Pack — Studio / 1-bed flat (up to 3-min walkthrough)
• Standard Move-Pack — 2–3 bed house (up to 8-min walkthrough)
• Premium Move-Pack — 4+ bed house (up to 15-min walkthrough)

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. Promotional codes (such as BETA50) are applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

4 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Notwithstanding the above, we will provide a full refund or free re-processing in the following circumstances:

• Our AI system is unable to produce a report from your submitted footage due to technical failure on our part.
• The video file is received corrupted or unreadable through no fault of the customer.
• A duplicate charge is made in error.

Refunds will not be issued where:

• The video footage is of insufficient quality to process (e.g. camera too dark, extreme camera shake, or rooms not filmed) where this is attributable to the customer not following the filming guide.
• The customer changes their mind after the report has been generated.
• The report has already been delivered and approved by the customer.

To request a refund, contact us at moveprepai@moveprepai.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase.

5 Video Upload & Data

Your video walkthrough is uploaded to our secure platform and used solely for the purpose of generating your Move-Pack audit. Your video is:

• Encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
• Never shared with removal companies, third parties, or advertisers.
• Retained for a limited period to support report generation and quality assurance.

6 Accuracy & Limitations

MovePrep AI uses computer vision and AI analysis to estimate the volume and weight of household contents. Volume estimates are provided in cubic metres (m³) and cubic feet (ft³) using industry-standard dimensional methodology.

The Move-Pack report is designed to help customers obtain more accurate, fixed-price removal quotes from professional removal firms. It is not a contractual guarantee of final removal cost. Actual removal costs may vary depending on:

• Packing and access conditions on moving day.
• Items not included or visible in the video walkthrough.
• Changes in property contents between filming and moving date.
• Third-party removal company pricing and policies.

MovePrep AI does not provide removal services and is not affiliated with any removal firm. We have no financial relationship with removal companies and take no referral fees.

7 Customer Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Follow the filming guide provided to ensure footage quality sufficient for analysis.
• Film all rooms and storage areas you wish to include in your move (including lofts, garages, and outbuildings).
• Review your inventory carefully before approving your final report — approval is your confirmation that the inventory is accurate.
• Not submit footage of third-party properties without their consent.
• Provide accurate personal information including a valid email address to receive your report.

MovePrep AI is not liable for omissions from the report resulting from items not visible, accessible, or filmed during the walkthrough.

8 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform — including but not limited to the MovePrep AI name, brand, logo, AI models, methodology, software, and website content — is owned by or licensed to CentralNest Ltd and is protected by applicable UK and international intellectual property law.

Your Move-Pack PDF report is licensed to you for personal use only — specifically for the purpose of obtaining removal quotes. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the report or any part of our Platform.

9 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, CentralNest Ltd's total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Move-Pack order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the report.
• Decisions made by removal companies based on the report.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including AWS infrastructure outages).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.

11 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered customers by email.
